What we do

You would be joining a team responsible for building and scaling a new product in the Doctolib suite: our Phone Assistant product with the vision to revolutionize access to care for patients and day-to-day practice management for practitioners. This opportunity will allow you to leverage the latest technologies in AI, NLP, Voice Recognition to build delightful user experiences and scale your product to millions of users. 

What you’ll do

As a Staff Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Contributing on setting technical vision and defining the roadmap for the next quarters
  • Design, develop, deploy and maintain new and existing applications to reach the team’s goals 
  • Co-own our services architecture, resilience, scalability and robustness, with respect to Domain-Driven Design principles
  • Grow on technical leadership & mentorship of other engineers
  • Joining us on our quest to continuously improve the way we work 
Who you are 

We’re on the lookout for a professional who is proactive, curious, collaborative and who’s interested in cutting edge technologies and AI technologies. If you don’t meet all the requirements below but believe this opportunity matches your expectations and experience, we still encourage you to apply! 

  • You have at least 10+ years of software engineering experience and NodeJS, Typescript and Python are familiar to you.
  • You have strong technical skills on Backend development and real time features.
  • You are an effective communicator and are able to operate on different side projects, interacting with multiple product teams.
  • You have a “user first” mindset and want to dedicate yourself to creating technologies and solutions which will enhance the day to day work of our engineers.
  • If you already have experience working on AI products that would be a plus.
