We are looking for inquisitive, well-rounded Full-stack engineers to join our data engineering team to develop internal tooling leveraging LLM solutions and collaborating with various teams to introduce cutting-edge LLM use cases. You will have the unique opportunity to work on numerous greenfield LLM projects, creating tooling that will substantially improve the productivity of Pinterest employees and influence future prompt engineering experience. 

What you’ll do:

  • You will be leading a small team of engineers to build and maintain LLM tools for internal productivity.
  • You will team up with our Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product Teams to shape the future vision for prompt engineering tooling.
  • You will conduct thorough research and analysis of the latest industry trends in LLM developments and introduce cutting edge use cases for internal use cases.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in full stack web development, particularly familiar with tech stacks such as Flask, Celery, React.
  • Proficiency in software development languages such as Python and Javascript/Typescript.
  • Expertise with building enterprise tooling solutions from the ground up.
  • Passion for the application developments and hands-on experience in building many internal tools.
  • Familiarity with LLM concepts and use cases and experience with building LLM related tooling are nice to have.
