About The Team:

We are starting our HR transformation at HelloFresh in the UK and are going to implement a new operating model. We are looking for a Strategic HR Business Partner who is a stand alone senior HR leader who will be responsible for developing and implementing people strategy, advising their customers on key people issues and brokering Centre of Excellence services as needed. Additionally, they will support people's projects at the business unit or organisation level. This role is a leadership role supporting the senior leaders and their teams directly as strategic partner, trusted advisor and change agent.

The role of Senior Strategic HR Business Partner will require an individual contributor working in a key strategic role, providing HR expertise to meet the needs of the business and our customers.  You will be part of a team of Strategic Business Partners supporting the business for the UK. Your focus will be within Production.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Understand the Production function's strategy and provide HR BP support and actions accordingly
  • Provide comprehensive People / HR guidance at function level in alignment with business goals including policy / process / compliance implementation and simplification, employee experience, talent management, OD and change management
  • Plan and lead key HRBP initiatives such as pay reviews, performance management, succession planning and L&D and OD interventions
  • Work collaboratively with the the leadership team as a trusted coach and advisor on different people topics and solve problems/ offer solutions for the success of the business
  • Proactively use data to address or generate valuable insights and solutions
  • Serve as point of escalation and solution for the business leaders as well as internal team members through complex situations
  • Serve as a strong cross functional partner to other People function teams to jointly identify and create solutions

Who You Are:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant HRBP experience, preferably within
  • Extensive track record of co-creating and implementing People programs and initiatives at BU level
  • Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence and strong influencing skills
  • Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple demanding stakeholders
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task  
  • Agile thinker who is able to lead in a fast-paced / rapidly-changing environment
  • Analytical thinker who is able to offer multiple data-driven solutions for complex problems
  • Bachelors or Masters degree, relevant field of study is a plus

Location: The Beehive, Bermuda Industrial Estate, 1 St Georges Way, Nuneaton, CV10 7JS

Work Schedule: Hybrid working - 3-4 days a week required in the office.
