Strategy Lead

We are looking for a talented Strategy Lead, to shape Greater China’s strategic direction and put strategy into action

As a thought leader for China, you will dive into the intricacies of the cross-border payment business, grasp technical and commercial concepts and deeply understand the challenges and opportunities faced

Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end ownership of China strategy development to drive the growth of our China business

You must be an inspirational leader who can empower fellow team members, take initiates, and collaborate with colleagues from different cultures and time zones

You will report to Director of Revenue Operations & Strategy in Greater China, with strong visibility to Global SVP and Greater China General Manager

What you’ll do

Create actionable strategy for existing and new businesses in Greater China, embedded with market trends, customer insights, data analysis, and interlocked with our resources and product roadmap

Lead cross-functional strategic project and planning

Leverage inputs from internal team and external customer voices, to identify opportunities to grow our business and improve efficiency, and vocalize them in the leadership team

Create simple, effective structure to frame key business decisions so that we have higher chance of making the right decision and take faster actions

Use high impact communication to influence our China and Global team to take the right actions

Independently identify high value strategic topics to execute on, to truly lead China strategy

Who you are

A/B.Sc. from top Tier universities

4-7 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms, venture capital or tech strategy teams, with at least 2+ years leading teams. Experience in corporate roles is a plus, but not a must

Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Passion for technology, with project experience in tech / internet / finance industries
