Studio Artist - (Motion Graphics)
This role is in the organization to support the Motion & Sound team and to ensure a cohesive motion output. The core expectation of this role is to contribute to the creative excellence of our motion design team by participating in the conception, execution, and delivery of impactful solutions for clients and to collaborate with other artists, creative directors, and producers, to develop motion graphics and animations, applying fundamental design principles to create engaging visuals.
You will:
- Work alongside a team in end-to-end productions, including concepting, creative ideation,
- animatics, rough cuts, final edits, versioning, optimization and scaling
- Create high quality visually impactful motion design
- Guide and mentor emerging talent, with the support of your team lead
- Evolve and move the work forward daily
- Contribute in meetings and conversation with teams on ways to elevate the work
- Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications throughout the creative process.
You have:
- Advanced proficiency in After Effects, skillfully applying easing techniques to achieve fluid and natural motion transitions, basic experience with expressions and essential graphics.
- Managing complexity in After Effects projects and keeping projects organized.
- English Proficiency (B2+/C1 reading, writing, and conversation)
- In-depth knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization, delivering
- High-quality motion content tailored for various digital platforms
- Quality control –keen eye for small details, working with QC and team leads to implement feedback
- Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and project specifications throughout the creative process
- Ability to actively participate in team discussions and contribute creative ideas.
- Ability to juggle projects and working alongside emerging talent, creative directors, designers and producers
- Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects, with a keen attention to detail.
