As a Supplier Outreach Specialist, you’ll engage with suppliers in short sprints, maintaining regular communication and proactive follow-ups to improve their performance, behaviour, and compliance. Your role will involve monitoring progress, ensuring commitments are fulfilled, and providing feedback to management to refine outreach strategies.

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outreach to a large subset or a smaller group of suppliers based on identified use cases.
- Develop and implement short-term strategies to improve supplier performance, behaviour, and compliance, focusing on immediate impacts.
- Conduct outreach to suppliers to implement and evaluate testing use cases, ensuring thorough execution and documentation of results.
- Support in data validation to ensure accuracy prior to supplier engagement.
- Utilize communication channels (e.g. email, phone) to engage suppliers effectively
- Follow the sprint campaign (SOPs, talk track, etc) provided by the team manager to engage suppliers.
- Track and maintain the outcome of outreach including supplier responses and commitments using Google Sheets.
- Resolve use cases efficiently for supplier responses and commitments while handling different use cases concurrently.
- on use cases to assess the effectiveness of our triggers and outreach strategies.
What You'll Have
- Proven success in supplier, vendor, and client support across diverse industries, including logistics, B2B, eCommerce, logistics or supply chain.
- English language fluency, both verbal and written communication skills; Mandarin, Polish, or German are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with suppliers and colleagues across different geographies.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving high compliance standards and ability to follow structured processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate and identify the root cause of a problem and clearly translate to the relevant parties enabling a quick solution.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring forward momentum; with agility to effectively prioritise and remove barriers ensuring, tight deadlines are met consistently.
- Aptitude in Google or Microsoft Suite; Display the agility to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Any GBQ knowledge would be a plus.
