We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to support our supply chain operations by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and coordinating logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in supply chain data tools, and a passion for streamlining operations. You will play a key role in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain and logistics data to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and track inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules.
  • Analyze freight rates, shipping performance, and propose logistics cost-saving initiatives.
  • Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners to resolve delivery issues.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize supply chain KPIs (lead time, on-time delivery, inventory turns, etc.).
  • Support procurement and production planning activities with accurate demand/supply forecasts.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements in the supply chain workflow.
  • Ensure accuracy of data in ERP/MRP systems related to logistics and inventory transactions.
  • Assist in compliance with trade regulations, customs documentation, and import/export requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Engineering) to align supply chain operations with business goals.
Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics coordination, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP), ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP), and supply chain management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of international logistics, freight forwarding, and inventory control.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in consumer electronics, manufacturing, or tech industry supply chains preferred.
  • Familiarity with Incoterms, customs regulations, and compliance documentation is a plus.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 - $130,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US, remote locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
