THE JOURNEY

  • Being part of the Supply Operations Team, support the Operations Manager with improvement ideas for scalable processes and procedures;
  • Perform analysis and create dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs;
  • Support the Operations Manager to identify root cause for performance deviations versus Ops KPIs;
  • Plan, execute, and monitor activities that have been identified to fix KPIs deviations or improve User Experience (or costs) performance within the assigned area;
  • Create or maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports indicating full operational status of the area;
  • Think out of the box to bring new ideas of process improvements that will be game changer to ensure the best user experience related to Glovers (couriers);
  • Be responsible for the Glovo service in a subset of the cities of the assigned area, by analyzing the Glovers requirements to sustain orders demand and growth, having a complete understanding of the local supply situation at all times.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Strong academic background in a quantitative subject (engineering, economics, mathematics, statistics, or similar fields);
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high demanding positions (operations, technology, consulting, investment banking, etc.);
  • Understanding of the user experience and operational levers to improve it;
  • Results oriented, analytical mindset to re-think our processes is a must;
  • Basic knowledge in SQL;
  • Very Hands-on, willingness to get hands dirty, go on the field, speak with riders, etc.;
  • Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Combine a day by day and tactic management with a strategic and long term view.
  • Professional level in English and Italian.
