System Architect (d/f/m)

This position will be part of the Processes & Systems team inside the CX Enablement business unit.
As a Systems Architect, you would collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to consult and lead projects aimed at improving the CX's tools, infrastructure and performance in alignment with the current set of KPIs. Your focus is on creating efficient architectures and reducing friction via automation.
Role Responsibilities: What you'll doAdmin: You own the administration of our internal tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.), and designing and executing technical solutions within multiple tools.
Leading: You lead projects aimed at improving CX's workflows, tools, communication systems, and performance.
Processes: You make sure that all team workflows are optimized, and that changes to these are communicated and implemented effectively with empathy.
Innovation: You research, analyze, and implement innovative solutions for our CX business strategy.
Documentation: You create structured documentation and learning resources to increase adoption and remove knowledge bottlenecks.
Strategy: You contribute to our tooling strategy, and provide advice on latest application and integration development, enterprise architecture standards, and DevOps.
Communication: You closely align stakeholders and SMEs on solution design and technical implementations.
You enjoy fixing things when they break, and you're thrilled at the opportunity to build solutions and workflows to fix issues and streamline efficiency.
You are familiar with web concepts and/or languages/frameworks (APIs, JavaScript, React etc.) and their applications
You have previous experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.)
You have good organizational and interpersonal skills, and can get a complex task done on a timeline with multiple stakeholders
You are comfortable selecting, configuring, and launching new tools and systems across multiple teams
- You have excellent English written and oral communication skills (C1 level)
