The Opportunity: 

As Team Captain – Accelerator Team you will participate in improving the team operational processes and manage supporting resources, answering technical and procedural questions and mentoring/training team members. You take care of a large portfolio of emerging supply partners and assist in partnership related functions at scale. 

In this role, you’ll get to:  

  • Strong business development skill to acquire new-quality hotels partner. 
  • Contact high growth supply partners to highlight revenue growth opportunities and maximize value 
  • Familiar with CRM system and support manager to monitor team’s sales pipeline 
  • Basic understand of data analysis for team performance, business and commercial impact. 
  • Preparing reports, making recommendations to management. You should also be able to identify unmet partner needs and recommend improvements to the product line accordingly. 
  • Mentoring and coaching both new hires and existing colleagues. 
  • Ideation of experiments, familiarity with A/B Testing and able to lead and support experiments. 

What you’ll need to succeed: 

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in operational or execution role 
  • Analytical and proven track record in using data to drive achievements and make decisions 
  • Autonomous and result driven (history of achieving ambitious targets) 
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive industry/rapidly changing environment 
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and is open to change in responsibilities, workflows, as needed by the business. 
  • Able to support China markets and following the business hours & public holidays in China 
  • Fluency in English and Chinese
