In your role as Team Lead in Product Development, you and your team will ensure, that our products are developed in-line with the company's high-quality standards and with a strong focus on value creation for our customers.

• You will lead your team in a professional and structured manner, with a direct reporting line to the Head of On Premises Development.
• You will be responsible for active support, ongoing development and training of your team members.
• In addition to an active technical collaboration, you will be responsible for resource planning in cooperation with the Head of On-Premises Development, and together with your team you will work on development effort estimates.
• You will review existing working methods and procedures and work with your team to identify and propose potential improvements.
• You will take responsibility for the continuous improvement of the way we develop software and for the delivery of high-quality code through well-defined QA KPI’s (Quality Assurance Key Performance Indicators).

• You have a degree in computer science or business IT or another STEM field of study.
• You have solid experience as a software developer and knowledge of:
  • Database technology,
  • Modern application servers,
  • Modern development frameworks,
  • Model-driven software development and working with the Unified Modeling Language (UML),
  • Requirements-based effort estimation and the implementation of requirements in software,
  • Object-oriented and test-driven development (preferably with Java),
  • technical guidance and further development of development teams.
• You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy developing and supporting colleagues, initial leadership experience is desirable.
• You have a goal-oriented and solution-oriented way of working.
• You are willing to take responsibility for results.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and high willingness to perform complete your profile.
