A professional in this role will provide technical leadership for the SMB Delivery group to deliver best in class technical solutions to the SMB groups from different regions. This position requires an ability to partner with people with varied experiences and backgrounds to understand the technical challenges and the top notch technical skills to build the most sophisticated and scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to combine the need to meet and exceed customer expectations while operating within stated project parameters. You will precisely own and define how the SMB Delivery group should prepare themselves to be future ready in terms of product/technology to support the growth of Taboola’s SMB book of business. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build a solid hands on experience on Taboola products and represent/lead the SMB Delivery group in technical discussions with R&D,  Product, Product Enablement and other groups
• Liaising with team members, management, and business groups to ensure bulk implementation projects are completed to agreed technical standard
• Identify challenges and Implement solutions which unlock Revenue (Ex-tac) opportunities within/cross functional teams
• Support SMB business group and colleagues throughout the lifecycle of a publisher onboarding, from initial engagement to post-live complex implementation changes
• Analyzing existing operation to understand inefficiencies and build a solid and progressive plan in collaboration with other groups to address the gaps on a regular basis and opportunities to automate it
• Develop and maintain, a measurable and sustainable learning practices to keeping the team up to date on Taboola product features and implementations

• Take complete ownership of any technical issues or escalations and provide feasible solutions
• Act as a role model for individuals who want to build their career in technical leadership
• Share regular updates of ongoing Initiatives, projects, challenges and achievements to internal team, extended management and different other Forums

• Create Technical Assessments, Artifacts and evaluation metrics for the team and evaluate them on Technical competencies
• Recommend and own implementation of all Technical Projects of SMB Delivery 
• Identify new Product features and enhancements
• Analyze, Extract and Interpret data using different database tools as per business need
• Prepare Training Plan for the team and Train team to upskill their skillset as per the business need and maintaining the quality of service

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems with 4+ technical leadership experience 
• 4+ years of hands on experience on HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS and python
• 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience with XML, API, Web and Application Servers.
• Experience with Database -  MySQL, KQL & BQ
• Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.Experience with technical Project Management (project planning, resource forecasting, scope, schedule and status, documentation).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools
• Experience of working in a rapid global business growth environment will be a huge plus and Up to 10% international travel , role will be based in India.
