Role Description

As the Technical Account Manager of Alliances, you will play a pivotal role in fostering and managing strategic alliances with key partners. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between our company and partner organizations, ensuring seamless integration, implementation, and ongoing support of our solutions within their ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with strategic alliance partners, including technology partners, system integrators, and resellers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and engineering teams, to align partner initiatives with company objectives and roadmap.
  • Serve as the technical expert on our products and solutions, providing guidance and support to partners throughout the pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales phases.
  • Lead technical workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for partners to deepen their understanding of our offerings and enable them to effectively promote and sell our solutions.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners, including co-selling and co-marketing activities, to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Act as the escalation point for partner-related technical issues, working closely with our support and engineering teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure a positive partner experience.
  • Monitor partner performance and satisfaction, regularly gathering feedback and insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical account management, solutions architect or other related role
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing, SaaS architecture, and API integration principles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through collaboration and partnership
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously

The estimated salary range for this position is $X - X. Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
