About the Team

The Integration Consultants Team is responsible for the successful technical engagement and delivery of the Cardlytics Rewards platform to financial and non-financial institutions from the prospect stage and onwards.

About the PositionReports to: VP, Engineering Location: Remote (East Coast Preferred) 

We are looking for an integration consultant leader to help scale the deployment and day-to-day technical engagement of Cardlytics platform at large financial institutions globally. In this role, you will need to build hands-on knowledge of our platform and should be able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. Your success will be measured by how you will build scale in this function while servicing our partner’s technical needs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • You will lead a team of global integration consultants who deploy, manage and guide our financial partners on how best to implement and leverage Cardlytics platform.
  • You will act as a key contact who sits between our financial partners, internal partner success and product organization to help guide technical discussions, bring context & clarity to technical integration questions and provide technical account management function.
  • You will help build scale in this function by building/mentoring talent, knowledge and processes.
  • You will be a hands-on leader who will use your technical skills, knowledge, and experience to improve Cardlytics platform and deployment methodologies.
  • You will build strong partner relationships with proactive, thoughtful and poised communication to both technical and business stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or IT-related degree required
  • 10+ years of professional services or technical consulting experience or similar role working with large partners.
  • Prior leadership role in leading a team, technical account management and partner engagements strongly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with financial institutions, eCommerce, and/or ad marketplaces
