Technical Interviewing Coordinator
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in supporting our Tech Recruitment Committee (TRC) and ensuring the seamless operation of all talent selection and hiring activities within Betsson Group's tech function? As a Technical Interviewing Coordinator, you will coordinate recruitment processes, follow up with stakeholders, track and report on hiring metrics, schedule interviews, and act as the primary liaison between the committee and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Coordinate Recruitment Processes: Ensure smooth operations of all stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling and interview coordination.
- Track and Report on Recruitment Metrics: Maintain and analyze recruitment data to monitor hiring committee effectiveness and provide regular reports to leadership. Own all tracking of all open roles, status, KPIs, and SLAs.
- Liaise Between Committee and TA Team: Act as the primary contact for communication between the tech hiring committee and the TA team to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Maintain Recruitment Records: Record candidate evaluations, interview feedback, and hiring decisions accurately.
- Support Hiring Committee Members: Assist committee members by preparing necessary materials, facilitating meetings, and ensuring adherence to standardized evaluation practices.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Coordinate interview schedules and communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure Compliance: Support adherence to legal regulations and company policies in all recruitment activities.
What we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or related roles requiring a high level of organization and time management in a technical field.
- Proven track record in scheduling, recruitment tracking, and process management.
- Previous experience working in a technical field (coding, QA, DevOps...) highly preferred
- Attention to detail and strong Excel skills. (Excel assessment might be a part of the selection process)
