Technical Program Manager
- Manage projects and programs that support Business Foundations’ strategy and operations.
- Communicate changes and provide resources to internal and internal customers.
- Engage with key stakeholders across Dropbox to deliver program requirements.
- Identify gaps in process and implement improvements that streamline processes, tools, people and documentation.
- Present and communicate to senior management on program/project status and updates.
- Define, publish and communicate team OKRs and project roadmaps.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of related work experience.
- Ideally a background in software development
- Experience with project planning methods and tools
- Project or program management skills with cross-functional teams (e.g. make sure their experience isn’t using a 3rd party partner, to do the implementation)
- Extraordinary and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience working with data platform or infrastructure teams

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
If you are assessed at the IC3 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):• US Zone 1: $148,800 - $175,000 - $201,200.• US Zone 2: $133,900 - $157,500 - $181,100.• US Zone 3: $119,000 - $140,000 - $161,000. If you are assessed at the IC4 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):• US Zone 1: $175,100 - $206,000 - $236,900.• US Zone 2: $157,600 - $185,400 - $213,200.• US Zone 3: $140,100 - $164,800 - $189,500. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use. Current US Zone locations are as follows:• US Zone 1: San Francisco metro, New York City metro, or Seattle metro• US Zone 2: Austin (TX) metro, Chicago metro, California (outside SF metro), Colorado, Connecticut (outside NYC metro), Delaware, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York (outside NYC metro), Oregon, Pennsylvania (outside NYC or DC metro), Washington (outside Seattle metro), Washington DC metro and West Virginia (DC metro)• US Zone 3: All other US locations
