We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join Trustpilot’s Product & Tech team. The Product Delivery team is all about bringing people together to deliver value to our customers, connecting strategy with delivery to achieve our outcomes and advocating and maintaining a culture of continuous development, innovation, transparency and succeeding sooner. 

As a TPM, you will orchestrate the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring that the right prioritised business outcomes are delivered cross-functionally. You will manage and implement the plan with upstream, cross-functional and downstream teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant organisational and leadership skills, capable of navigating complex technical landscapes and taking programs to completion. 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working with technical members of staff who are building modern solutions leveraging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technologies
  • Ensure effective program outcomes through ongoing review and impact analysis of Trustpilot’s technical business roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and product and technology teams to define program requirements and ensure the scope, deliverables and progress are communicated and understood
  • Maintain and manage a holistic view of the programs and any associated changes, cross-functional dependencies, and risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Make appropriate trade-offs between business vs. technical constraints to optimise time to release and impact.
  • Steer teams and stakeholders in the program in the same direction so everyone remains focused on the outcomes
  • Coach and mentor teams on best practices and lessons learned to improve and maintain a healthy delivery process continuously focused on outcomes

Who you are:

  • A self-starter and proactive mindset with proven experience in a program/project management role or similar in a fast-growing technology company
  • You will have the ability to anticipate curveballs and pivot to maximise customer and business benefit 
  • High level of self-certainty, integrity and motivation, combined with the ability to meet deadlines through prioritising and organising activities
  • High-quality communication and presentation skills in English
  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
  • Demonstrate exceptional facilitation and communication skills, fostering collaboration and building bridges between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Effectively create order out of chaos by coordinating through ambiguity and complexity, demonstrating the ability to ask insightful questions to the right people at the right time. 
  • Established stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Acting as the calming presence in complex situations, ensuring stability and focus amidst the storm
