Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

We are hiring an ambitious Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across our growing company. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious growth-minded sourcer who is seeking a non-linear career and compensation trajectory by joining a high-growth company very early. Our ideal candidate is legitimately excited about the sourcing domain and can help our team develop creative methods for building a company. This is a 3- to 6-month contract based on hiring needs.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Become an expert in the autonomous vehicle industry and be an external representative of a growing company
  • Identify and develop process improvements for Applied's sourcing efforts
  • Contact, screen, and interview potential employees
  • Utilize data and metrics to improve creative sourcing efforts
  • Program manage recruiting operations related projects

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency 
  • In-house recruiting experience 
  • Worked at a venture-backed company

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience recruiting for the autonomous vehicle field
  • Previous experience recruiting for B2B software companies
  • Early recruiting team experience
