How you can help make a better world of work

As part of this team of amazing humans, The Technology & Risk Analyst role will be pivotal in supporting Culture Amp’s growth strategy and will be a key business partner in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our technology and data operations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Primarily partner with our Product Development and Data Management functions within Culture Amp to identify and assess potential technology and data risks.
  • Support and liaise with members of the Data Governance team practice and contribute to the measurement of risk associated with data and technology.
  • Provide guidance and input on emerging technology and data risks i.e. Generative AI 
  • Provide input and maintain our risk management framework
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving security threats and best practices in risk management, using this knowledge to help assess new SaaS tools or vendor relationships entering the business
  • Create and maintain clear and consistent risk management documentation (including risk metric dashboards)
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, keeping them informed of identified risks and proposed solutions
  • Provide support on risk processes and registers, maintaining a high level of accuracy and currency of content.
  • Provide oversight and monitoring on the status of risk treatment actions
  • Assist in delivery of insightful risk reporting

You have 

  • 3+ years of experience in risk analysis, preferably within the technology and data domains
  • Good understanding of AWS infrastructure and components
  • Certified Risk Information System Control (CRISC) certification preferred 
  • Experience/Understanding of security frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC2, NIST)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and soft-skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic and proactive, able to direct your own course and work on problems for which no clear solution stands out
