As a Travel & Expense Specialist, you'll be responsible for handling T&E audit and T&E queries globally. You'll be responsible for the Accuracy in processing, timely payouts, Quality checks, Policy adherence, and maintaining employee satisfaction without compromising on compliance. As a team member, you will assist management in Process documentation, Data collection, Analytics, and query resolution.

Shift Timings - 2 PM to 10 PM

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in Gurugram for our hybrid working model.

• Review expense and Card reports submitted by employees for overall reasonableness and receipt attachment, ensuring that users are not in violation of Corporate T&E and Card Policies
• Daily queue management, Follow-up & Prioritization
• Ensure timely completion of Month/Quarter/Year close activities, Daily/Weekly Expense payments, and Accrual posting, if any.
• Prepare required Reconciliations, rectification, and reclass entries
• Monitor Card limits, payments, and refunds
• Assist in the design and implementation of internal controls, T&E Policies, process improvements, process documentation
• Assist with Internal and External auditor queries and SOX compliances by providing  required backups and documentation
• Adherence to US GAAP concerning all accounting interpretations and applications, Working cross-functionally, and interacting with all levels of management and employees
• Train and coach new team members
• Support the team in building & Presenting KPI dashboards
• Maintaining strong employee and stakeholder relationships

• Commerce/Accounts graduate with at least 5 years of experience in Finance Domain with 3+ years of T&E experience - Required
• Sound knowledge of T&E workflow and Audits, Payment runs, Helpdesk and Query handling, Card reconciliations, Internal controls, and Auditing processes & procedures
• Concur, NetSuite, Coupa and Google sheets experience is a plus
