The Production Planning team plays a central role in maintaining efficient Operations and delivering for our customers in a high-growth environment. Our Sr Manager of Production Planning is responsible for end-to-end end-to-end production planning for our distribution centers, including addressing day-to-day operational risk, analytical problem-solving, and driving improvement of key performance indicators. We are looking for leaders with strong analytical and dive-deep skills, as well as excellent communication skills and executive presence, who can partner effectively with other leaders across functions to solve problems and execute high-level network decisions on a daily basis.

Shift:  Tuesday-Saturday Day Shift

You will...

  • Oversee and track progress against production plans, addressing deviations through problem-solving and root cause analysis.
  • Lead the team responsible for timely creation and execution of daily production plans.
  • Drive key data requirements across cooking and production operations, managing stakeholder expectations and communication.
  • Assess operational risks and collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, HR, and Operations to mitigate them.
  • Utilize production planning tools to monitor performance and ensure successful plan execution.
  • Analyze operational metrics to identify insights for optimizing end-to-end production planning.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing planning data inputs and analysis.
  • Develop strategic understanding of production planning to achieve service level metrics and conduct ROI analysis to inform strategic direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or relevant field
  • 3-7 years Fulfillment Operations / Manufacture Operations /Demand Planning (scheduling, planning, forecasting, performance measurements)
  • Superior communication; able to cultivate collaborative relationships across all levels
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with complex variables in situations, navigating ambiguity 
  • Strong project management and continuous improvement skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint in addition to the Google Suite of products
  • Any experience in implementing automation or on boarding production planning software is a plus
  • [Preferred] Experience within a distribution center, logistics, or manufacturing environment
  • [Preferred] Experience managing direct reports

 Arizona Pay Range$115,500—$134,750 USD
