We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will play a critical role in the planning and project management of the User Terminals development and mass production for the operation of our satellite constellation, ensuring they meet our business needs.This includes

• Precursor/Medium/Full Constellation project schedule planning and budget planning for different types of User Terminals for different types of platform for different countries/customers
• Coordination of customer relationship (Business Development, Acceptance Tests) with Sales and   Service teams for different types of User Terminals for different types of platform for different countries/customers 
• Change Management Process with customers
• Responsible for coordination of the mass production and certification strategy with the suppliers to guarantee User Terminal availability according to RSN service timeline
• Coordination between User Terminal technical team with other teams (Procurement, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, etc )
• Take responsibility for understanding customer requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution
• Defining Project Management strategies about User Terminals to deliver within defined Time, Cost and Quality tolerances
• Identification, planning and allocation of resources to meet project milestones and/or initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Planning and coordination of Program Level meetings to meet project milestones and/or initiate corrective actions when necessary
• Coordinate (directly or part of a Matrix environment) teams and individuals (project team members)
• Ensure that preparing and updating realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management
• Mass production of User Terminals and product certification process experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, using tact and diplomacy, and with good briefing skills
• Deeply Experience of program level negotiation with suppliers and customers.
• General knowledge of Satellite Communication Technology
• Excellent written and spoken English
