Veterinary Support Associate

As part of this mission, Chewy Health is hiring a Veterinary Support Associate to work collaboratively with their peers and deliver a WOW experience for our pet parents. This position is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and innovative teams at Chewy.
What You'll Do:
- Provide stellar service and communication, in addition to supporting your co-workers.
- Responsible for implementing policies and procedures and utilizing integrated technology.
- Demonstrate team support and care for others’ work experiences.
- Understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with other team members.
- May be required to work weekends.
- Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
- Perform other related duties and assignments as directed.
What you’ll need:
- 1-3+ years of small animal veterinary experience or equivalent industry experience.
- Passionate about helping people and pets with empathy and excellent customer service focus.
- Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
- Excellent verbal / written communication, observational, and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- When visiting a Chewy facility, may be required to walk up to 2 miles, lift up to 50 pounds and stand/push/pull/carry/etc. as required by the position.
