About this roll*:   

Toast is looking for a Vice President, GM of our emerging Enterprise segment. This individual will lead Toast’s upmarket growth in Enterprise, being the face of Toast to prospective customers. Overseeing sales, and influencing product, marketing, customer success, and more, this leader will align teams dedicated to Enterprise across Toast toward our standards and goals. This person is responsible for the Enterprise P&L and key metrics. The right candidate is strategic, analytical and a long term thinker that is able to simultaneously balance in-quarter and in-year execution, all while balancing and delivering on the needs of many stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve and continuously update 3-year vision and business strategy, including product vision, go-to-market plans, and P&L
•  Ensure rigorous end-to-end annual and quarterly planning to deliver on key targets while promoting long-term Enterprise strategy (includes product, sales, marketing plans)
• Collaborate with senior leaders and executives across Toast to inform and articulate the product vision and desired functionality, scalability, and success metrics for our Enterprise and Mid-Market customers
• Become an evangelist for our Enterprise customers, speaking at conferences, sharing product roadmap and collaborating with partners to build our position in the market
• Creatively overcome challenges to deliver value for large customers in a scalable way that unlocks future growth opportunities
• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs (P&L, cNPS, LTV/CAC) driving top line growth and necessary efficiencies
• Ensure successful on-boarding, adoption, retention, renewal and expansion for our customers
• Build organization through strong mentorship and talent development while identifying key opportunities for growth, investment, and upleveling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fulfill customer requests while meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while leading process improvement efforts

Do you have the right ingredients*:   

• 10+ years of restaurant technology experience at a restaurant or technology brand (including 3+ years of executive leadership experience) 
• Demonstrated ability to influence both product and sales
• Cross functional collaborator who invites others in
• Entrepreneurial spirit in building new products and services 

Location: Remote, US

Travel Requirements: 50% US travel
