About The Team:

This role is responsible for overseeing an area of the production process during the shift, to ensure that the KPIs and our Customer expectations are met in full and on time. You will collaborate closely with other departments to meet production targets while maintaining the highest standards health and safety and food safety and quality standards.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Oversee the designated area within operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilisation of resources to meet production targets.
• Schedule and assign tasks to team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Role modelling the Company’s DNA and ensuring that these are followed by the team.
• Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues – liaising with HR, Training Teams as required. In the absence of the Team Leader, maintain up to date and accurate records (including computerised/digital) on production, food safety data.
• Ensuring that Food Safety and Health & Safety standards are met and sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters.  You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety and welfare in the activities you undertake.  You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager
• Undertaking basic problem solving activities and escalating to the Team Leader where necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions.

Who You Are:

●    Proven experience in a manufacturing or distribution centre environment. ●    Practical knowledge and experience in an operational environment.●    Proficiency in using computer software and systems. ●    Strong prioritisation skills and ability to multitask.●    Proven knowledge of warehouse and production environment.●    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse team.●    Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced production environment.●    Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.●    Lead by example and ensure that HelloFresh DNA is at the forefront of everything we do
