About the job

This position is needed to operationalize Twilio’s Workforce Plans, partnering closely with key functions across the business, in addition to identifying ways to enhance the process. This role will also oversee the running of newly formed leadership councils at key growth locations, while taking the lead on strategic Workforce Operations Projects.  

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Drive and support the operational readiness at Twilio’s strategic growth locations
  • Partner with local Leadership Councils ensuring the team is adequately supported, including facilitating the creation and tracking of OKRs on a quarterly basis
  • Manage the daily operations surrounding Twilio’s annual workforce plan and evolve the governance 
  • Partner with our Workforce Planning team to launch, monitor, and action on a location performance scorecard   
  • Lead cross-functional teams thorough business case development, due diligence and build-out/execution of implementation plans on key strategic initiatives or projects  
  • Support and manage ad-hoc Workforce Operations related cases or other broader People team related projects or initiatives, as and when required 
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business including, but not limited too, HR Business Partners, Finance, Total Rewards, Employment Legal and other key stakeholders

Required:

  • Prior experience operationalizing workforce plans with close attention to detail and meticulous follow-up 
  • At least 8 years of project management experience 
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across all areas of the business 
  • Ability to think strategically, while being operationally astute  
  • Prior experience working alongside and influencing Senior Leadership
  • Ability to thrive in a fast pace working environment and manage across time zones 

Desired:

  • Prior experience at large multinational Tech company 
  • Prior experience forming, supporting or running a leadership team

Location

This role will be based Remote Ireland 

Travel
