We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Workplace Operations Coordinator to be the "behind-the-scenes magic" that makes the workday work. From restocking supplies to making sure meeting rooms are ready to go, the Workplace Operations Coordinator notices the little things before anyone else does—and handles them fast. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and always willing to jump in and help. If you're ready to keep things running smoothly and learn the ropes of workplace operations, this one’s for you!

This role will be based in our New York, NY office 5 days per week.

What you'll do: 

  • Support daily office operations: supplies, amenities, mail, upkeep
  • Greet visitors, handle access badges, and make sure the space is welcoming
  • Respond to employee requests and escalate issues as needed
  • Coordinate vendors for cleaning, snacks, minor repairs, etc.
  • Assist with event setup, room scheduling, and basic tech checklists
  • Keep things neat, stocked, and running without a hitch

What we're looking for: 

  • 2-3 years of admin, office, or workplace experience (or strong willingness to learn)
  • A reliable, can-do attitude and sense of ownership
  • Comfort with basic tech tools (email, ticketing systems, spreadsheets)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, helpful, and proactive—you don’t wait to be asked

Not a must, but a great advantage:

In accordance with New York City Law, below is the annual base salary range for this position. Actual annual base salary is based on, but not limited to: experience, education, professional licenses, location and business needs. The position is eligible for health insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, 401k plan, paid-time off, and sick (and where applicable safe) leave. This position is also eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus.

The annual base salary range for this position is: $65,000 - $80,000.
