Enterprise Engineering is looking for collaborative and detail-oriented engineers who are passionate about developing usable software. Our users are the employees of MongoDB, which means we develop solutions for and in direct partnership with our friends. 

We’re seeking curious minds like yours to collaborate with full-time engineers and cross functional teammates, learn development standard methodologies, and gain practical software engineering experience.

Software Engineering Interns within the Enterprise Engineering departments are fully integrated software engineers who spend the summer pushing production-level code to make lasting contributions to all MongoDB internal tools and software operations designed for use by our employees.

Team Description

The Sales Apps Team works closely with the Sales teams to optimize their productivity and efficiency by supplying the right tools and data for their daily basis work. The team is composed of front-end, back-end and full-stack engineers with a large breadth of expertise and experience, and a track record of timely delivery. The team has a strong culture of sharing knowledge, and learning from each other in areas/aspects where they have less expertise.

What we are looking for in you 
  • In the process of receiving a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Have a foundation in computer science theory, with proficiencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Fluent in any one of the following programming languages: Python, Go, Java,, Typescript, Javascript - or a comparable object-oriented programming language.
  • Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2024 - June 2025. 
  • Fluency in English (oral and written)
  • Attending a university located in Spain
  • Eligible to obtain an Internship Agreement from your University the full duration of the Summer internship

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.
