We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time 3D Printer Operator with a specific focus on print farm operations and 5S methodology to join our Singapore team. This role is crucial for maintaining an efficient, organized, and high-quality output from our extensive array of 3D printers. The job:

• Oversee the daily operations of Formlabs’ print farm, ensuring all printers are running efficiently and effectively.
• Apply 5S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment.
• Monitor and adjust print jobs to optimize print quality and machine usage.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of 3D printers to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory of printing materials and supplies, ensuring availability and proper storage conditions.
• Implement and maintain operational procedures and documentation to achieve consistent print quality and farm efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with the sales engineering team to meet production targets and timelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for operational improvements and efficiency gains.

You:

• Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and commit to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Effective problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

Understanding and application of 5S methodology or other organizational and efficiency-driven practices. 

Bonus:
