Account Development Representative:

An Account Development Representative (ADR) will be responsible for creating sales opportunities for the Growth team at Toast. ADR's will research current customers in their assigned territory, create an outreach plan and determine how those customers can benefit from leveraging Toast's full suite of products. Daily outreach consists of cold calls, texts, emails, and social media touch points. After consistent high performance in the role, ADR's have the opportunity to pursue more advanced sales roles at Toast.

  • Generate 2+ new business sales opportunities daily
  • Complete 50+ outreach activities daily
  • Research and prospect customers in your territory
  • Coordinate sales meetings with Growth Account Executives
  • Strategize with District Managers on their new business priorities

  • Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Highly coachable and enjoys team collaboration
  • Naturally curious and resourceful
  • Previous Sales or Sales Internship Experience

The estimated Total Targeted Cash compensation range for this role is listed below. Total Targeted Cash for this role consists of a base salary, commission, plus the eligibility for equity and/or other benefits. This role qualifies for uncapped commissions. The starting salary will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location.

Total Targeted Cash$62,000—$99,000 USD
