The successful candidate's main responsibility will be to work closely with the Commercial/Operations team to ensure smooth workflow of projects and liaise directly with clients during projects

Located in Johannesburg, South Africa, as part of AKQA TMARC, South Africa’s leading performance marketing company, building products and services that are driven by data, content, and media, you will work in an environment that fosters a dynamic and meritocratic culture, and service clients across the globe.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Manage all project-related documentation
• Run medium to large projects independently, at times, of management
• Project manage various disciplines internally within the various departments and third partyresources through good planning, tracking and controlling
• Be client facing alongside the Commercial team and build solid relationships with clients
• Office administration around projects to ensure all documentation is completed and secure.
• Keeping management informed on status of all projects running across the company
• Finding efficient solutions to work flow and client issues.

QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in the online/mobile environment
• Ability to demonstrate solution thinking
• Experience of customer service/project management within the online/mobile/agency environment.
• Experience in managing projects/teams
• Experience in dealing with clients (brand managers, marketing managers)
• Good managerial and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage/motivate resources to ensure work delivery
• Proactive problem solving capability
• PC literacy (MS Office: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
