Teads are looking for a motivated Account Director to join our growing sales team in London. As an Account Directorfor Teads, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of our platform to key agency and client accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop, a prominent client and agency portfolio
  • Prospect and close business with a targeted list of agency and advertiser accounts
  • Deliver best in class levels of sales ability/technique and market coverage
  • Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients/agencies, with a consultative approach 
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients
  • Represent Teads in the Digital and Media marketplace and become an active brand advocate
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Work closely with Client Services (Strategic Accounts), Ad Operations (CX), and Sales Planners, to ensure client campaign expectations are communicated internally and delivered
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction to generate renewals and increase incremental revenue

Role:

  • Manage and development, a prominent client and agency portfolio
  • Deliver best in class levels of sales ability/technique and market coverage
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage business and relationships
  • Attend weekly sales meetings/presentations with agencies and clients to discuss strategy and Teads positioning
  • Advise clients and create brand loyalty
  • Negotiate Sales contracts
  • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline for the UK business
  • Achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Prior digital media sales experience is required, ideally within mobile or video
  • A track record of outstanding sales achievement through new business, account development and account management
  • Strong programmatic knowledge/experience
  • Previous technology platform experience a huge plus
  • Deep relationships with contacts at top-tier agencies and advertisers (strong focus on IPG is an added advantage)
  • Understanding of the digital video marketplace
  • Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Driven, passionate, and an ultimate team player
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
