About the role...

Synthesia is seeking a German speaking Enterprise Account Executive to join us in London. Reporting to our UK Head of Sales, you will be responsible for landing new customers in our Enterprise segment within the DACH market. Central to this role is the ability to effectively communicate value, inspire prospects, and successfully sell the value of the Synthesia solution. We have ambitious revenue goals this year, and you will play a huge role in how the Enterprise contributes to this. Enterprise at Synthesia means targeting organisations with 1,000-10,000 employees. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to progress their Sales career further in a scaling environment and work towards becoming an strategic seller.

What you will be doing...
  • Running a full sales cycle within our Enterprise customers from cold outreach to close, specifically in the DACH market.
  • Prospecting weekly into these identified accounts at director level and above.
  • With full ownership of your pipeline, you will building your own account plans and identify top targets
  • Use MEDDPICC to accurately qualify and identify risk across all opportunities throughout the sales funnel.
  • Present and sell directly to Director level and above, with the goal of building champions at this level within the organisation.
  • Working with your existing Enterprise customers on expanding Synthesia’s footprint within that organisation to additional teams that can benefit from the solution.
  • Manage all sales activities in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with teams across Synthesia to ensure you have the right recourse to achieve the above. 
About you...
  • You speak fluent/native level German & have sold into the DACH region before
  • We expect the ideal candidate to have 5+ years of consistent B2B SaaS Sales experience, 3 of which are selling into enterprise sized companies.
  • You have experience in disruptive, value-driven, methodological sales environments, ideally using MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrable success/over achievement on new business targets.
  • You’ve been part of a high-performing, scaling team.
  • You've experienced rapid growth & understand the opportunities and challenges that can bring - and you thrive in it! 
  • Strong executive presence tied with business proficiency in both English and German languages. 
  • You are based in London and excited about spending time in the office and with the team.
