As an Account Executive for Austria, you will take ownership of a well-established market with strong growth potential and help shape its next chapter. You will sell EQS’s full solution portfolio across the Austrian market, build trusted relationships with customers, and act as a key local representative of EQS. 

This role is ideal for someone who combines commercial drive, independence, and curiosity — someone who understands the Austrian market, enjoys working across functions, and wants to grow in a modern, AI-enabled sales environment.

YOUR IMPACT

Austria is a mature market for EQS, and this role is about building on that foundation and accelerating growth.

  • Own end-to-end sales cycles across the Austrian market, selling EQS’s full solution portfolio to enterprise and mid-sized customers
  • Present EQS solutions in a clear, value-oriented way, connecting product capabilities to real business outcomes
  • Act as the bridge between EQS and the Austrian market, building strong customer relationships and bringing local insights into the organization
  • Operate independently in a focused market, managing pipeline, priorities, and workload with a high level of ownership
  • Collaborate closely with the Global Sales Director, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive demand, strengthen market presence, and win new business
  • Leverage modern sales tools and AI-supported workflows to improve efficiency, preparation, and overall sales execution

THIS IS YOU

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or a comparable commercial role
  • Strong understanding of the Austrian market, including local business culture and customer expectations
  • Proactive mindset: you create opportunities rather than wait for them
  • Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to build trust
  • Structured way of working, including pipeline management and follow-up discipline
  • Tech-driven mindset, with curiosity for AI, automation, and new ways to improve sales effectiveness
  • Fluency in German (C2) and strong English skills (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

  • Experience selling SaaS, compliance, ESG, privacy, GRC, legal tech, or RegTech solutions
  • Experience contributing to local campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, or market-building activities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar tools

  • Strong sense of ownership and excitement about helping shape the Austrian market for EQS
