YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Intern (Glovo Ads – LongTail) to join our Commercial team in Poland.In this role, you’ll support our Account Managers in managing and developing relationships with hundreds of local Partners. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales operations, data analysis, and digital marketing — becoming an essential part of the team that drives Ads adoption and Partner success on Glovo.
THE JOURNEY
- Support Account Managers in daily collaboration with restaurant and retail Partners
- Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Conduct outreach to Partners (email, phone, in-app messages) — e.g. to recommend Ads activation, follow up on performance or share promotional opportunities
- Create and maintain operational files and dashboards in Google Sheets
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and recommendations for Partners (Ads activation, upsell, retention actions)
- Monitor competitor and category trends; collect market insights and industry news
- Assist in preparing internal documentation and materials that improve our operational excellence
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or similar)
- Excellent written and spoken Polish and English
- You love working with data and are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Curiosity, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn about digital marketing and account management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
BONUS POINTS
- Previous internship or project experience in Sales, Account Management, or Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with CRM tools or campaign dashboards (e.g. Salesforce, Looker Studio)
- Interest in the food delivery, e-commerce, or retail media industry
