The impact you'll have

As part of the Account Management team, you will provide comprehensive support to customers from the automotive sector and automotive trade and work on innovative issues relating to data-based marketing. You will make a significant contribution to the success of the company's goals and take intensive care of your customers. This requires independent and solution-orientated work with a high level of team and customer focus. Thanks to your knowledge of retail marketing, you will be able to manage and successfully implement extensive campaigns together with the team.

More specifically, you will:

  • Coordinate and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns and activities, advise customers and continuously expand the customer relationship in terms of up-selling
  • Provide KPI monitoring and reporting
  • Continuously optimize internal processes and further develop quality assurance measures
  • Maintain and use our CRM system for service provision and documentation
  • Work on marketing and sales strategies and implement them goal-oriented
  • Acquire new customers in the automotive trade and support them from initial contact to the conclusion of a contract
  • Deliver a high frequency of contact with existing and potential customers (may also include the need for customer visits or, for example, customer events with travel activity and occasional overnight stays in the markets you manage in Austria)
  • You proactively support customers in the design of campaigns from the existing campaign portfolio, but also in the design and implementation of new sales and aftersales campaigns

Who you are and what you bring:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable university degree
  • You already have professional experience in retail marketing, customer service or car dealership
  • You have a structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team and customer orientation
  • You are self-confident, enjoy actively approaching people and you have a high level of social competence
  • Above all, you are characterized by analytical thinking, a conscientious and independent way of working as well as organizational skills
  • You have good knowledge of common MS-Office programs and you are not afraid of new programs
  • Passion for automotive and big data
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
