YOUR MISSION

Are you a talented and ambitious individual looking for a challenging experience in one of the fastest-growing startups in Morocco? Glovo is seeking an Account Manager Intern to join our dynamic team in Casablanca. If you're passionate about disrupting the delivery market and contributing to building a revolutionary product, this opportunity is for you!

THE JOURNEY

  • Assist in managing strategic partner relationships from start to finish, including P&L tracking, deep product integrations, co-marketing efforts, and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to prepare business reviews, presentation materials, and other related tasks.
  • Support Account Managers in analyzing partner performance metrics and ensuring consistent month-over-month growth.
  • Track and report performance metrics to maintain a strong relationship between Glovo and its partners.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for partner presentations and operational improvements.
  • Actively collaborate with colleagues in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and impactful contributions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Availability for a 6-month full-time internship.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Developed communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales.
  • Data-driven, organized, and proactive with an analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a must.
  • An empathetic, inclusive, and curious attitude.
