YOUR MISSION

The way we manage our company is built on the belief that by giving a WOW service to our clients, we will be able to change the delivery market. How are we doing it? By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is the leading marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products in less than 50 mins.  As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Commercial team. You will be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. be directly responsible to build and maintain good relationships between our partners and our company. 

 

THE JOURNEY
  • Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence
  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos and advertisement negotiations, operational efficiency and menu performance (selling items, Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers.
  • Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc)
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on unhealthy and inactive partners.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Develop and manage partner relationships for all the accounts in your portfolio.
  • Deliver outstanding day-to-day client service and a high quality of work to agreed excellence service and performance.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to present to restaurant partners and use as source of operational improvements
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultant
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive, organized, and obsessed with details
  • Customer obsession
  • Fluency in Romanian and English
  • Strong Commercial skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
