YOUR MISSION

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners & Brands team as an Account Manager trainee. You will directly support the Account Managers who directly handle the relationship with our main network partners and will be responsible for campaign execution, data analysis, operational excellence and all marketing plans. You will be in contact with the most renowned brands, stores and restaurants in your city.

THE JOURNEY

  • Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them all the necessary tools and information to start working
  • Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers, tackle through problems to raise the bar.
  • Get feedback from our stores and translate it into product improvement
  • Maintain good relationship between Glovo and our partners
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Execute campaigns fast and quickly, always aligning tasks deadlines with the Account Manager team
  • Provide visibility into task status  and ensure extremely high bar delivery
  • Solving problems in a proactive and agile way, understanding the priority of tasks according to the impact they will have on the business

 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Availability for 6 months full-time internship
  • Extremely organized person
  • Strong business acumen
  • Developed communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or sales
  • Data-Driven e Problem-Solving profile
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is a must
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
  • Hands on and always looking to learn more
