Role: Account Manager (FTC- 18 months)

Location:Hamburg, Germany (Onsite)

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Account Manager will be responsible for running the creative and production processes for our client. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager and the Account Lead to schedule and execute multiple projects for all channels, steer various partner agencies and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.The ideal candidate understands Print and Digital disciplines and has successfully worked hand in hand with interdisciplinary teams on both agency and client side.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Ownership of your projects from Brief to Delivery – print or digital.
  • Ensure that projects are always delivered in time, budget and quality.
  • Work closely with partners on client and external service provider side
  • Collaborate with clients to determine project scope, estimates and schedules.
  • Ensure that the creative team and external partner work within the brand guidelines.
  • Work within tight deadlines.
  • Experience global creative toolkits, market adaptations, and localisations. 
  • Prepare and execute regular client and internal status meetings, escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions in alignment with Senior Account Manager and Account Lead
  • Support client lead in new business activities

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • 3-4 years of experience as a (Junior) Account Manager
  • Relevant experience managing asset production with good knowledge of print and digital
  • Previous Experience of Project Management in an agency environment
  • Have a positive, can-do mentality, able to leverage experience to provide the best solution for each project you own.
  • Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk.
  • A claim to always deliver the best quality and reliability, especially in terms of timing and costs.
  • Structured, proactive and independent work
  • Enjoy dealing with the projects in depth and looking after customers on an equal footing.
  • Good communication and presentation skills as well as a personable and confident appearance.
  • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team.
