Role: Account Manager 

Location:Hybrid / onsite in London, England x2 days per week

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our FMCG client, the Account Manager will be responsible for delivering day to day workflow across a variety of content streams. This person will work closely with the project manager to ensure management of creative from briefing to delivery is seamless. They will act as a day to day client contact for all projects running through the studio, cascading feedback to the teams. The Account Manager will report back on WOW, escalations, opportunities and development of the Studio team. They will be line managed by the Senior Account Manager.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

Reporting to the Senior Content Team Lead, the Account Manager forms part of a team of 17-20. The team will deliver high volume adaptation work across a big variety of content streams, including Digital, Shopper, eComm, OOH, etc. This role is split between being on site with the client in Chiswick and working from home.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines 
  • A deep understanding of the business; their needs, expectations and requirements in order to provide the best service and solution through close partnership with the client 
  • Effective project management through the full lifecycle using project governance as directed by the client – escalating issues and proactively resolving problems, managing project resource and spend and making critical decisions  
  • The ability to drive and motivate a team and project through to successful completion  
  • Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and KPIs 
  • Work closely with clients to create strong concepts from initial briefing 
  • Work closely with designers to develop a brief from beginning to end 
  • Support client growth and projects.  
  • Working in a team of 17-20
  • 0 direct reports.
  • Work across 15 products. 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • The ability to manage both individual and project workloads and identifying challenges and risks within them, along with the mitigation and solution  
  • Executional rigour, competent in multitasking and great organisational skills 
  • The ability to combine and translate complex material from different sources and contexts into stories and content that engage and resonate with target audience 
  • Competent in presenting and communicating ideas to clients 
  • The ability to clearly articulate your ideas 
  • Experience in FCMG sectors.
  • Experience working with FCMG products.
  • Strong and relevant experience in: Digital, Social, OOH
