VaynerMedia EMEA is searching for a motivated, and highly organised person to join Client Partnerships as an Account Manager. 

We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager with through the line experience, an extensive understanding of social media and exceptional client service skills to join some of our flagship accounts for the agency.

Here’s where you come in…

  • You will be in very regular contact with the client, working alongside the Account Director to help lead and shape daily, weekly and monthly creative work based on the client’s business objectives. 
  • Proactively identifying social media trends and opportunities for the client and helping guide the resulting creative briefs and social media work. 
  • Keeping on top of the latest platform innovations, and helping educate the day to day account teams.
  • Getting stuck in and rolling up your sleeves.
  • Helping us to evangelise the work internally and externally by supporting the PR team with case studies, and breaking news updates.
  • Helping devise and sell-through incremental opportunities that help clients achieve the most efficient returns & results to deliver on their objectives – driving social media community growth and engagement across Europe, as well as app downloads. 
  • Collaborating with other departments (Creative, Production, Analytics/Insights, Media, Community Management as one close, collaborative team where everyone rolls up their sleeves, gets stuck in and works together across deliverables, process, and output.
  • Partner with Account Director to drive the overall account health of client engagements from strategic account & business planning to resourcing & financial.
  • Show your love for all things social media in general and making sure that your enthusiasm and knowledge is shared with the team - you know more about the platforms than your boss!
  • Pushing the work forward, with a relentless focus on the details putting your platform and audience knowledge into action.
  • Owning your work and being proactive.
  • Being the beating heart of the team, working closely with the wider Account, Strategy, Media and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects.
  • Constantly feeding into the identification of key culture, trends,  moments or pop culture and bringing those latest insights to your day to day work.
  • Being your day to day client's trusted partner, driving those more junior client relations to make sure they feel heard in the process.
  • Happy to work in an iterative and non hierarchical way.

  • Experience working on a Global brand, working with local markets to help deliver culturally relevant work.
  • Experience in delivering social media posts or working on a social media brand account.
  • Experience of social media monitoring and reporting,
  • Experience of working closely with community and project managers.
  • Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account
  • Strong communication skills and an impressive attention to detail
  • A cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
  • Understanding of relevant social media platforms and their requirement
