🌍 Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist – Finance @ SumUp | Sofia

We’re expanding our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) team in Sofia, offering a high-impact role where you’ll combine finance expertise with innovation, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Own vendor invoice management end-to-end across 10+ European markets, ensuring accuracy and compliance

• Go beyond AP: support accruals, expense analysis, and month-end close activities

• Partner with global stakeholders across 15 offices, improving processes and vendor experience

• Work with our in-house ERP tools (S4Hana, CLAP, ZIP, FloQast, Navan) and drive automation & AI projects

• Lead process improvement initiatives and redesigns to make P2P smarter and faster

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, P2P, GL, or similar finance functions

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) and invoice automation tools

• Solid understanding of accruals, reconciliations & vendor processes

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field✨ Bonus: ACCA certification (we support full accreditation)
