Responsibilities
  • AR - Prepare invoices to customers
  • Assist with preparing shipments to customers – both internal and external
  • AP – enter vendor invoices/credits into system
  • Vendor management – PO creation, Vendor set up
  • Prepare month-end close deliverables including journal entries, account reconciliations, and fluctuation analyses
  • Understand basic consolidation process, intercompany eliminations
  • Comply with implementation of internal controls
  • Assist with addressing audit requests and interface with the Company’s internal and external auditors
  • Manage system automation and system implementation projects
  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements to achieve efficiencies and scalability

 

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of relevant Accounting or Finance experience
  • Month end close and consolidation process experience
  • Basic knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred
  • Knowledge of Infor LN is preferred
  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized individual with the ability to manage multiple assignments and work with tight deadlines
  • Ability to expand job responsibilities, suggest improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally for process improvements
  • Self-driven, high initiative individual, and a strong team player with upbeat positive and flexible attitude
