Team Description

We’re a globally distributed Finance Operations team that safeguards data integrity and drives smart automation across accounting workflows. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day close, perform account analyses and reconciliations, prepare financial statements and notes, manage intercompany movements, and partner with auditors. You’ll also handle fixed assets and payroll entries, contribute to inventory control, and help streamline processes to shorten month-end timelines.

 

What you’ll do

  • Build and maintain Excel dashboards and advanced models to support reconciliations and reporting.
  • Automate manual workflows using VBA and macros to improve accuracy and speed.
  • Analyze data using Python and SQL to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global teams in English to clarify requirements and deliver timely outputs.
  • Propose and implement process improvements that reduce operational effort and risk.

You’ll be great for this role if

  • You are currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have solid accounting fundamentals and can apply them to reconciliations and controls.
  • You have advanced English and communicate clearly with global teams.
  • You are proficient in advanced Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
  • You have experience with VBA and macro automation in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

  • You have practical experience with Python for automation and data analysis.
  • You have working knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • You have intermediate to advanced Spanish for regional collaboration.
  • You have a track record of identifying processes for automation and building reconciliation tools.
  • You value efficiency, prioritize effectively, and pursue continuous improvement.
