For our young and passionate team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant. Reporting into our Senior Finance Manager, you’ll be joining our small and talented Spanish Finance team. You’ll be in touch with the local Operations, Marketing and Management teams as well as with the Group Finance team in Berlin. You will be an integral part of a fast-growing company, making sure that our finance processes can follow our ramp up in volumes. What you’ll do

• Responsible for day-to-day invoicing operations, including processing suppliers and partners invoices, communication and resolution of invoicing errors, ensuring credit notes reception etc.
• Implementation of clear processes with suppliers related to invoicing set-up and communication
• Management of monthly credit cards and expense claims 
• Responsible for weekly cash reporting 
• Delivery of regular and ad hoc reporting 
• Have the opportunity to provide in-depth value adding analysis to both financial and non-financial senior management which could have a lasting impact on the group globally

What you’ll bring

• Passion, drive and great communication skills ; English and Spanish proficiency is a must 
• Extensive experience in a similar role previously or a bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or studying for a qualification in  CA/ACCA/CPA (or equivalent).
• 1-3 years experience working in finance and accounting
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.  Exposure to an ERP system and experience with Oracle Fusion would be advantageous.
