Accounting & Tax is a shared service center for the 9 group companies (DK, UK, DE,US, LT, IT, NL, AU and PLC). While most of us are based in Copenhagen we have a close collaboration with employees and managers across the 8 offices globally and especially with team FP&A and the CFO who is situated in New York.

We are looking for maternity cover for our Accounts Payables specialist, you will be a valuable member of the Accounting team which today consists of 9 members of different nationalities all with high spirit and who know how to have a lot of fun and still maintain the high quality and get the work done.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Travel expense processing and support the organisation with the travel tool Unit4 business systems
  • Policy check of expenses and continuous improvement of the process
  • Preparing incoming invoices for approval flow 
  • Handling credit cards receipts and reconciling credit cards on a monthly basis
  • Internal communication regarding employee reimbursements
  • Key point of contact for the travel booking agency Egencia
  • Booking of vendor invoice booking and other accounting tasks
  • Ad hoc accounting assistance and month end inquiries

Who you are:

  • Finalized or in the end of finalizing an education within economics
  • An enthusiasm for optimizing processes
  • Eagerness to gain experience and broaden your accounting skills
  • Open to learn from great colleagues
  • Self-driven and practical to run the everyday operations
  • Open-minded and see a pride in servicing the employees of Trustpilot
  • Detailed-oriented approached
  • Fluency in English
