Formlabs Budapest is growing by the minute, and we’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our day-to-day operations of invoice and expense reimbursements processing. The ideal candidate for this role thrives in a fast-paced, evolving company, and is able to adapt to changes.

The Job: 

• Process invoices and employee reimbursement requests
• Field inquiries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
• Verify entries and reconcile accounts as needed to support monthly close activities
• Work cross-functionally to support our procurement and expense reimbursement processes
• Support continuous improvement and streamlining of company policies

You: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
• Able to resolve complex problems and employ good judgment in the face of ambiguity 
• Interest in expense management, reconciliations, and cost summaries 
• Able to communicate clearly when resolving issues with internal and external customers
• Able to power through tasks at lightning speed 

Bonus: 

• • Passionate about 3D printing and the tech industry
  • Proficiency with Coupa, Google Suite or NetSuite
  • “Rolling up your sleeves” attitude and strong communication skills
