About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our ThousandEyes team in Israel. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our Engineering leaders, assisting in daily office and operation needs, managing our Engineering team’s administrative tasks and providing critical support to our leaders and team. 

Being an integral part of the Engineering team, you will have an influential role on the team building activities, coordinating various team, site and company-wide events. This role will closely support our R&D department, playing a key part in enhancing our employee experience and culture. You will be expected to be proactive and take ownership of your work and be accountable for the deliverables.

You will be expected to be in our Netanya office at least 3 days per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior managers.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Assist in budget preparation, expense reporting and monitoring, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Organize and drive onsite/offsite team building activities and events.
  • Serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, and purchasing requests.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee records, attendance, vacation and reserve duties schedules.
  • Support the hiring process and onboarding of new team members.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Collaborate on special projects with Leaders and Executive Assistant teams coordinating.team events. Including onsite support to Leaders and various business units as needed.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to internal collaborators within ThousandEyes, Cisco, and external partners.
  • Support the Israel site operations and events as needed.
  • Provide prompt support and assistance to team members as needed.
  • Run critical team data including spreadsheets and mailing lists.
Qualifications
  •  2+ years of administrative experience with a strong preference for experience in a high-growth technology company.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, comfortably adapting to continuous changes and challenges.
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to exhibit our ThousandEyes values: Empower Customers, Innovate Without Boundaries, and Operate with Integrity and Humor.
  • Exceptional commitment to leading all facets of day-to-day executive activities with attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate with different levels of the organization and across Cisco.
  • Ability to work with remote teams in different geos and time zones.
  • Knowledge in applications: Microsoft Suite, Slack, Teams, Outlook, Webex, Concur.
  • A positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
