Role Description

We’re looking for a sharp, passionate Administrative Business Partner to support two VPs on our Organize the Cloud team. The ideal candidate enjoys streamlining a hectic day and involved partnership with your executives. You will primarily provide dedicated administrative assistance to two Vice Presidents within the Organize the Cloud.You will be working in a fast-paced environment with passionate team members who are focused on quality and execution.

Responsibilities While exact work will vary month to month (and sometimes week to week), responsibilities will generally include:
  • Coordinate both internal and external calls, meetings, and events
  • Heavy calendar management in an ever-changing, fast paced environment
  • Plan and execute team offsites, including meetings, dinners, events, and team building activities
  • Prepare monthly expense reports for leads and coordinate special projects, as needed
  • Conduct involved project work dependent on org needs
  • Set up travel and accommodations for executives
  • Serve as the face of Dropbox on behalf of our leads and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts
Requirements
  • 4+ years experience in an administrative support role with a startup, tech, and or/experience in a hyper-growth organization
  • Experience in a Cloud organization, or EPD preferred
  • Strong executive presence 
  • Experience with heavy calendaring for multiple principals or teams
  • Experience planning team offsites and/or executive travel preferred
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Ability to move quickly and make on-the-spot decisions without sacrificing attention to detail
  • Track record of consistently going above and beyond
  • Great communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a spectrum of personalities
  • Strong Google e-mail/calendar/doc skills, Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote 
  • Ability to maintain composure and sense of humor in high-pressure situations
  • Passion for Dropbox and helping your leads and their teams as they scale

  • Remain calm under pressure: Fires happen, and you need to be able to keep calm and clear headed under pressure, and differentiate between a lit match and a dumpster fire.

  • Analytical capacity: Able to filed incoming requests and priortize relentlessly,  quickly,  and appropriately.

Dropbox takes a number of factors into account when determining individual starting pay, including job and level they are hired into, location/metropolitan area, skillset, and peer compensation.  We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.

Dropbox is a Virtual First company and is open to hiring candidates in all authorized locations. However, for this role, the locations posted are preferred.

Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

If you are assessed at the IC2 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):• US Zone 1: $86,700 - $102,000 - $117,300.• US Zone 2: $78,000 - $91,800 - $105,600.• US Zone 3: $69,400 - $81,600 - $93,800. If you are assessed at the IC3 level, below are the current Salary/OTE ranges (Subject to change):• US Zone 1: $112,200 - $132,000 - $151,800.• US Zone 2: $101,000 - $118,800 - $136,600.• US Zone 3: $89,800 - $105,600 - $121,400. Dropbox uses the zip code of an employee’s remote work location to determine which metropolitan pay range we use.
